    I bought a full Redsea set up (Max E260) from Living Reef after doing my own research but then spending a few phone calls with Tracey from Living Reef who gave me advice and recommended all the additional equipment and kits I needed. I live in Sydney so had no easy opportunity to visit the store in person, but dealing with Tracey made the whole experience much less daunting than a pure online purchase might be for such an expensive and significant buy. She was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgable and I was very happy with the overall package price which included pretty much everything I needed to be up and running except the water. Tracey also organised delivery to Sydney for me, investigating the best options that would fit with my schedule and making calls to get things moving quickly even though the store was closed for that day. When I discovered a couple of minor parts missing from the tank (not essential for the initial set up) they were in the post and with me in a couple of days. No doubt I will be tempted to add gadgets to my tank in the near future and Living Reef will be my first choice.
