    I placed a significant order on 22nd August - was notified that week that the products I ordered were not in stock and that it would be delayed by one week.

    This was real shame as I have ordered from this company a few times before and had not had any issues. I can see by other reviews I am not alone. Unfortunately, I will no longer order from this company.

    I no longer was kept up to date with the order's progress. I needed to frequently phone up to get updates. I requested a refund in late September and I was told it was processed at that time...by late October nothing had progressed. I phoned up and again they 'processed' a refund in which I received fully today. Only 3 months after the order...

    Order 25/9 three products ... no communication ... no products... no idea when I am getting them. Requested a refund .... that will take 5 days. Customer for more than 2 years. ...... no longer appalling service and "supervisor" i spoke to couldn't care less. VOTE WITH YOUR FEET PEOPLE - FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER.

    Absolutely not happy with this company.Placed an order beginning November 2017 with items in stock. Get notification now not in stock. Try to cancel end of November only to be told too late, it is at the warehouse for processing. 2 weeks later, check only to be told it is out of stock. Meanwhile they have had my money for 5 weeks. Stay clear of this company!

    If you don't have a product instock in Australia you should give the option to have it sent from a different country to allow for the time delay! Bloody joke! I wish I had have read through all these comments before i placed my order! Looks like i better look for a new company! poor service!

    I placed a rather significant order with RY on 27th August 2017 and it's now 30th October and I've only received 3 of 9 items and No Picking Slip came with the first delivery. I've had to actively & frequently chase them to check on the progress of my order. Every time I get someone new so I have to relay the whole message again and again. They've recommended I cancel my order, obtain a refund and then reorder!!! The last rep asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement of items not received. WHAT DO YOU THINK??? I JUST WANT WHAT I ORDERED!!! To add further insult to injury I was sent a SORRY coupon that was valid for up to 2 months from the date emailed and they wouldn't even extend that DESPITE the fact that I hadn't even received what I ordered over 2 months ago!!! Terrible experience! Finally on October 31st someone at RY had the intelligence and fortitude to fix the problem & get my products to me!!! This was not due to stock problems. My order needed to be cancelled & reordered as my original order was lost due to a "system migration". Wish someone had explained this to me and actioned it over 2 months ago!!! Honestly!!!

    Very dissapointed in RY! I have been shopping with you online for years and never once had a problem! ordered my shampoo 2 weeks later still not here! check tracking to find out its coming from America, then went to Japan, and finally to Sydney, so by the time I get it it will be 3 weeks!
