  I would like to make consumers and business owners alike to beware of this company and in particular Atila Szasz from Zoo Business Media. I recently engaged the services of their firm to produce a series of IVR & On-Hold Messages during the contract execution I was advised by Mr Szasz, that the package would be billed month to month. I then received an email from Accounts requesting our trading name of which was provided. I then get a return email from Atila advising that Accounts would require a full payment prior to the contract commencing and any production being commenced, Furthermore Accounts advised me that this was a company policy, that all clients need to pay upfront. I find this very misleading when the account manager advised the package was month to month and was direct debited on a monthly basis. I wasted several hours with this company completing script briefs and signing contracts, I also had to persistently contact the company for updates and I am still awaiting a call from the General Manager of which was promised by accounts. There is plenty of other media production companies out there. I highly advise to stay clear of Zoo Business Media.
