    good variety of products and prices, could use a few more staff on the registers during busy times

    Probably one of my favourite places to shop as BIG W always has a decent range of Toys at reasonable prices. Stores clean and well stocked.

    I'm sick of you guys caring about your bottom line more than the customer, remember this, without customers there is no bottom line. Without staff how are you supposed to get assistance. Used to be loyal to you guys but after today I won't ever enter a Big W again. Lost forever, although I'm guessing you probably won't have enough staff to read this anyway. Also Woolworths Stockland staff seem to hate their customers also
