  Another great experience with this company, this was our 3rd time with you and definitely wont be the last! Grant and the other staff are outstanding communicators, everything perfect on the car and great price. My daughter also rented a car from you guys this time and was equally happy! The only down side was the holiday had to end and we are back in the cold old Adelaide! :) Thanks again and we will see you next visit. Cheers Les

  On Holiday on the Gold Coast and last minute decided we’d hire a car (we were already on the GC) called Family Car Rentals at 9:30am to see if they had any cars available that day for a week and said they had a couple, and that we could have it that morning-which was perfect for us! They came to our hotel to pick us up (at Mermaid Beach) at 10am, took us to their depot and could not have been easier or lovelier to deal with!! We were back at our hotel with the car at 10:20am!! They made it hassle free and a great price too. The car was an older model but was absolutely perfect for our needs and I actually preferred driving it around rather than a new car (as it was more like my car at home!) Car was beautifully clean and well maintained and was brilliant to drive for the 7 days we had it for. Great location at Burleigh And very easy to get to to drop the car back! Would absolutely recommend 100% and will definitely use again!! Thank you so so much!!

  A big thank you to Daryl, Grant and the team for being so helpful and courteous. From the time I picked up the car to the very end when I was given a lift to the airport, saving me from a long bus ride. They see you as an important client and not just a number.   This was the best rental vehicle experience we've had! GC Family Car Rentals were so friendly and accommodating, our vehicle was exceptionally clean and tidy and the car seats fitted all waiting for us. I had emailed a few questions regarding fitting our family of 5 plus luggage, and Grant came back suggesting a better (and cheaper) vehicle to suit us. I can't recommend enough - we will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
